Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or
beauty products unless the item is proven to be faulty or incorrect upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address].
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval. Refunds will
be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping costs.
